Autotest CPU Fix

Autotest and rspec both posted updates today. Now, the way to fix this issue is slightly different:

Autotest.add_hook :run do |autotest|
autotest.add_exception(/^\.\/vendor/)
autotest.add_exception(/\.svn/)
end
